Advanced Disposal Helping to Keep Doraville Green | Environment

DORAVILLE, GA -- A cleaner community in Doraville starts now.

Starting immediately, Advanced Disposal will continue to take out Doraville residents' trash while adding a new recycling service at no extra charge.

The company will also convert yard waste into a reusable mulch.

Doraville residents will soon receive new 18-gallon bins that they may fill with 36 recyclable items. A list of approved recyclables can be found on the City of Doraville Web site.

The contents of the recycling bins will be picked up on regular garbage days, while yard debris will be taken on Mondays.

Up to eight brown paper bags of yard waste, as well as bundled limbs no longer than five feet in length and no heavier than 50 pounds, can be picked up at one time.
