However, you can change those numbers but adopting a companion for yourself or your family. Pets are an investment but, in our opinion, an investment well worth the money.

According to the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia, Rowdy is a two month old, male Beagle who is truly special. He has a happy sweet temperament. Still being a puppy he is active and loves to play. Rowdy isn’t housetrained or declawed.

According to the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia, Milo is an 8-month old boy who is truly special. From his big brown eyes to his "scooty" crawl to his curl-up-in-your-lap loving, Milo is everything you could possibly want in a companion.

According to the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia, Capone, the nine-month-old Retriever mix is very playful and nice; they say he loves everyone. He would love to be in a family with children and a yard to play in. He will benefit from being trained and given lots of love.

Adoption fee for Sport is $100 and covers her spay surgery, up-to-date vaccinations and micro chipping.

According to the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia, Sport is a 2-month-old Boxer mix who is pure puppy through and through....he ...is gangly, a little rambunctious, and very loving. Sport likes new people and will root around to get as close to you as he can....he is very content as long as you are petting him.

According to the Humane Society of Northeast Georgia, Starr, a brightly shining Chihuahua mix who also may have a touch of smooth-coat terrier. This 3-year-old girl was surrendered by her owner because they did not feel they could care for her appropriately anymore. A petite 9-pound, Starr is great with kids, other dogs, and seems to have been house trained and crate trained.

Boo is a Cocker Spaniel mix and she’s available for adoption from the Gwinnett Humane Society. Boo is still a baby; the people at the Humane Society think she’s about two months old.
