CLARKSTON, Ga. – Atlanta Falcons defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux and Catholic Charities have partnered, this year, to spread Christmas cheer to refugee families in DeKalb County.
Every year, Catholic Charities provides Christmas gifts for the many refugee families they help acclimate to the United States, which is one of the foundation’s regular acts of charity.
CEO of Catholic Charities Joe Krygiel said, he thought Babineaux would be a great addition to their charity effort because “he grew up underprivileged and wanted to give back”.
Babineaux and the organization delivered gifts to, a number of, different apartment complexes during the course of the morning.
